We are always looking for papers for the Cliometrics Seminar, and we would be glad to hear from you, whether you are a PhD student or somebody in a more advanced career stage.
There is no form to fill in. To propose a paper, send an email to clioseminar@gmail.com with:
- the title of the paper;
- an abstract;
- an indication of your availability — which of the scheduled dates work for you, and which do not;
- the stage of the paper: a research proposal, a first draft, a working paper, or something close to submission.
That last point matters to us. Early-stage work is very welcome here. What we ask is that you come open to constructive discussion, rather than to use the seminar as practice for defending the paper.
We will get back to you with a slot and confirm the date well in advance. Sessions run from 13:00 to 14:15 in Utrecht city centre, within walking distance of Utrecht Centraal railway station.
